Yeah Saints!

The Saints did it! I was pulling for them in the Super bowl and they did it! We had friends over and did more talking than watching but it was still fun. We always stopped and watched the commercials. Was it just me or were there less funny ones?? The one with the horse and long horn bull and the tire one where they wanted his tires or his life and the driver shoved out his wife were the only two that stick in my mind.

Over the weekend I wrote a scene that I am very pleased with and I took the story to a higher level of paranormal and it also navigated into the next scene easier than I had planned. All are good things! I like the momentum I've picked up the last week and feel like I'll meet my goal of completing it on time.

This week so far is looking to be a good writing week! Very few outside(the house) obligations.

How is your week shaping up?

Shaping up to be a week of writing! So that's good. I'm behind on writing...

Oh, goodness, Paty, I was pulling for the Colts! Just 'cause I like the name, or maybe because I'm still upset with the Saints for beating the Vikes...or should I be upset with the Vikes for losing to the Saints...HMMMM...

I agree..not very good commercials--the horse and bull was good, but the Go Daddy's ones--just annoying.

I'm hoping for some writing time this week, I'm really making headway on my latest Quinter book.

I was rooting for the Saints, too, I always go for the underdog, LOL. But hubby and the boys were pulling for the Colts.

My week is shaping up to be busy, and the kids will be home for winter recess all next week, so... "shot to hell" is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about the rest of this short month, LOL.

DH was rooting for the Saints. I was in the other room writing during the game. I did catch the longhorn and clydesdale commercial. Very cute!

Nichol, deer won't usually eat yarrow, sedums and daffodils. They love tulips, roses and apples trees though. Dessert. The big rodents. ha!

It's a busy writing week for me. Lots of newspaper stories to cover and write.

Happy writing to you all!
