Friday Faves

I have to say my favorite thing this week was having only minor problems while changing pipes in Princeton. Had a plugged nozzle I had to take out and some trouble getting a valve to seat and not leak, but other than that it went smooth. Only had ice one morning, and the rain came when I wasn't changing pipes.

Another fave was watching my six-year-old granddaughter in her first piano recital. She was pretty in her pink and white checkered dress and so confident when she sat down to the piano and played Old McDonald and Jolly Old St. Nicholas.

My oldest daughter scheduled me for a facial as my Mother's Day gift. While it was fairly relaxing, I wasn't completely comfortable with all the stuff they painted on my face and the cold things they put on my eyes.

With all the traveling I did,I managed one good day of writing this week. But I am going to cut down my internet time. I'm really thinking of dropping out of a lot of the promo loops I'm on and concentrate on guest blogging and less time spent slogging through loops that I don't respond on anyway.

How was your week?

My week was so busy it flew by! Glad you only had minor problems with the pipes. LOL And I bet watching your granddaughter was precious! I'm not a fan of facials or massages. Too touchy-feely for me.

I know what you mean about the internet time! Those loops can get too consuming!

Have a great weekend!

Another flew by. Slogging away at the rewrite / edit and trying not to panic. I don't think I succeeded. Sort of came roaring back today.

Looking forward to the day, months from now, when both novels, all stories, etc ... are done and I can get to something new.

Lauri,I thought the same thing about massages until I had one. Now I like them.

Mary, remember the edits will make your book better.
