Friday Farm Fun

Thank you all for your patience while I blogged with my author friends on New Year's Resolutions.

I wanted to have some photos for you of the granddaughters helping feed the cattle but we've been right at dark feeding this week because we've been so busy preparing our daughter's new house.

The snow has been hanging around more this winter than usual and we had two weeks of below freezing weather. This made it difficult to keep the ice broke on water tanks and fill them. I don't mind the snow, but the freezing I can do without. Then we had one day of 50 degree weather which helped thaw things before we had more snow and cold.

The horses are fun to watch in the snow. They dig through the snow to find the tall dead grass.

Kids saying "hello" to the horses under a full moon
Sorry this is so short, I plan to get back in the groove next week.

Cold here too. Nice picture of your grandkids. The cold weather might go a long way to get rid of some of the bugs next summer.
