Wednesday- Friday Five

Because I'm headed to a writing retreat on Friday and won't have the time or access to the internet, I'm going to post my Friday Five today and let you all get a break from my blog until next Monday! Are ya all jumping for joy? LOL

My five this week are things I need to research for the next Petticoat book - Miner in Petticoats

1) Irish/Scottish female names and surnames
2) Irish/Gaelic cuss words
3) Stamp Mills
4) scandals in Ireland/Scotland in early 1800's
5) Oregon Laws in the 1800's

And I have my inquisitive RWA chapter mates to thank for having to stretch my research farther a field than I originally planned!
