Things are looking up

Best news over the weekend- while at our place in Princeton the internet now works on my computer. No more driving 5-10 miles to get a connection!

We spent the weekend in Princeton to add on a room for a shower and some bunk beds to the cabin. Here are the before and after photos. We worked our fannies off to get this up. But it's up must need to do some more work on the inside.

While working on the cabin on Saturday, some men were down in the neighbor's field shooting sage rats. Later when they left, five bald eagles came by and picked the dead rodents off the ground. It was a spectacular sight to see. I have one sort of photo of an eagle that flew by the cabin. My camera isn't very good for distance. You can't tell it's an eagle but you can see the wing span.

I'm over at Rogue Angels blog. Stop by and say "HI".

Looking forward to a busy week and grandkids coming for Easter.

Where is your cabin located?
If I had to be with my husband in a place that small. I don't want to think about it. Good luck to you and what a great excerpt!!
