Monday Mulligan Stew

In honor of the presentation I'm giving this Thursday night at the Central Oregon Writers Guild meeting...GMC

G= Goals- Goals must be important and urgent to the main character. Failure will create consequences for the character and drive the story forward.

M= Motivation- Motivation is the necessity to attain goal and this drives the character.

C= Conflict- The obstacle or impediment the character must face to obtain or achieve their goal.

That is GMC in a nutshell. Of course my presentation is longer and delves more into each of these.

After a wet weekend the sun is out!! Please say it will stay for awhile...
