What is THE most enchanting moment of a woman’s life? I’m confident that the leading answer would be her wedding day. It’s the day you get to slip into the perfect dress, stroll dramatically down a red carpet, command center stage, and then seal it with a lover’s kiss – in front of everyone important to you.
Did my wedding go like that? Almost. I did have the perfect dress and the magical “I do” moment in the spotlight sealed with “the kiss”. But I forgot to eat that day and feinted at the altar, slumping into a fluffy white cloud of satin and lace. My only regret is that nobody captured it on video. (I could have won $10,000 on America’s Funniest Videos!)
And this is the beauty of the Magical Weddings boxed set. As a romance writer, no wedding goes without a hitch and no bride makes it to her enchanted moment without overcoming great obstacles. When I was offered the opportunity to write a wedding-themed story for this set, I wanted to write about one of those “obstacles”. Do you have a guy you were so in love with that you could never get him out of your mind? What would you do if you found out he was getting married? What if you suddenly had the courage to crash his wedding?

Thank you, Paty. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to get the word out about the Magical Weddings Boxed Set. I truly enjoyed writing a novella worthy of the collection. Happy reading to you and your blog fans! :D
Lovely post, Lynda! Thanks Paty!
Awesome post, Lynda! :) Can't wait to read it. Love your site, Paty!
I'm always surprised by how many people faint at weddings...I guess I shouldn't be. Next time, don't forget to eat. Oh wait, hopefully there won't be a next time ;-)
Most enchanting moment was on a date. Loud stadium. He turned to say something to me the moment I turned to say something to him. Noses inches apart. The perfect kiss. You could hear people around us sighing. A great memory.

Ooooh, these are cool. Yes, Lynda, let's leave that as your one and only wedding faint! And Lesli -- I was sighing romantically myself as I read your stadium story.
Great post. Thanks for hosting, Paty!
Yes, Jody. I think it's safe to say that I won't need a second walk down that red carpet runway! :D
