Happy Thanksgiving!

Get one, two or three great books and help out the animals of the California fires!

Twenty+ authors have banded together to raise funds for pets injured in the California fires. On Thanksgiving Day, purchase one (two, three or all!) of the listed books, and the authors’ royalties will be donated to a cause helping fur babies.

The money earned today by these authors for these books will go to The Humane Society of Venture County - http://www.fox10phoenix.com/news/us-world-news/how-to-help-the-animals-affected-by-california-s-wildfires .

Getting back in the Groove

I'm back! I can't wait to get to writing, but I had to do my usual routine of checking e-mails and blogging before I can open the file and get to writing.

I am so far behind on my goal of where I wanted my projects to be at this time. So, if my blogs appear a bit skimpy the next few weeks, it's because I'm being diligent about blogging, but rushing off to get more time in on my writing.

I'm posting a pic of my dog, Tink, as she looked while traveling. She has a doggie bed we put in the car or pickup, which ever we happen to be traveling in. This is how her repose most of the drive. She is a good traveler and good company when traveling by myself. She makes me stop and walk around more than if I were alone.

Do you travel with pets? If so, are they good travelers or poor travelers?
