Eli wrote about distractions the other day. Mine today are worrying about a friend who went in to be induced on Monday, and I still haven't heard what's going on, and my dog!
With my friend on my mind and my dog thinking she either needs to be in my lap or going in and out, I'm about to throw my hands in the air and give the editing a rest today - but my motivation side says keep pushing. ARGH!
So onward I go. I also have some critiquing to do for a CP and a scene to write for the mystery I'm co-authoring, but I can't stay focused long enough to do either of those. I hate days like this! Guess I'll just give up and go bake some cookies!
