Friday Faves

First off is an unfave. I need two more people to leave a title of one of my books in my comments so I can 1) give a toy to a needy child in Foster care and 2) give a gift to a lucky commenter. Help me give!! I love to give! I'd rather dump off 5-6 toys and give to that many winners!

I had a good week. Figured out where to start the third spirit book. Defined the hero in the book. Now I'm still digging on research and I've started the first scene.

For an early Christmas present my dh gave us both DRIOD phones! He'd planned to give me an e-book reader but when he discovered we needed SMART phones to work the new irrigation pivot he splurged for the new phones.(which also works as an e-reader) Now I need someone to help me figure it all out! My goodness. It does everything!

I have my Christmas dinner menu planned out, and after a fun shopping/dinner trip with my friend yesterday, I now have all the pretties to make the table festive.

I only need a couple more stocking stuffer items and everything is done but the dinner! Yeah!!!

How are your holiday preparations going? Are you about done or still hustling around it finish up?

Still hustling around, and will be until the 24th most likely. But it's all good! We have our granddaughter's birthday party tomorrow so that takes precedence, and everyone is to come dressed as a princess. (I'll be a snow princess thanks to my local salvation army thrift store.)

Happy Holidays!

OH.....Perfectly Good Nanny. :)

Oops...forgot to mention that I downloaded the kindle app to my blackberry and read ebooks on it while waiting places. It works great!

We got a new blue ray player. As long as it plays my workout dvds, I'm happy.

Got everything in the post, so except for another trip for perishable groceries, we're in good shape. I think.

Good luck with the smart phone. I need to get a new phone soon. So, you'll have to tell me how you like it.

Spirit of the Mountain!

Lauri, A Birthday for a granddaughter is a big thing. I love that it's a princess party!

Mary, sounds like you've got the holiday under control.

Thank you both for mentioning a title. Now I can give one toy- Come on people how about another one or two?
