Wednesday Guest- Sarah Raplee- Romancing the Genres

Hi Paty,
Thank you so much for inviting me to Guest Blog today about Romancing the Genres, Paty. I’m so excited to be here!

I’m one of the developers, along with Judith Ashley, of this new group blog that explores romance writing and reading from many different subgenre perspectives.
Romancing the Genres launches Sunday, May 1, 2011, at www.romancingthegenres.blogspot.com with a Fun Blog Launch Party that includes Special Guest Author and Reviewer Appearances, games, prizes, and a drawing for a Virtual Basket of Goodies! Judith will reveal more details when she visits your blog on April 27th.

We’ve recruited over twenty amazing romance writers from ten states who write in various subgenres and blended genres to blog with us on monthly topics from the perspective of their chosen genres.

Half of our Genre-istas are published; many are award-winning authors with long careers under their belts, while some are debut authors. We count Golden Heart, Golden Rose and Daphne Finalists among our not-yet-published writers.

Guest bloggers, including reviewers, readers, and quirky/informative writing-related bloggers, will post on Saturdays and ‘extra’ days of the month.

We’d be thrilled to have your readers stop by on Launch Day, wouldn’t we, Paty? Did I mention the Paty is one of our Genre-istas? She’ll blog on Launch Day (all our author bloggers will), and every month on the 1st Monday of the month.

Please join us for Romancing the Genre’s Launch Party on May Day!
